I. CONTRACT AMENDMENT - DEFINED BENEFIT SERVICES Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution 24-99, which will: 1. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 3 to Contract No. C17-35, by and between the City of San Clemente and Milliman, Inc., extending the services for one (1) year for defined benefit services, in an amount not exceed $35,200.
