E. CONTRACT AMENDMENT - FLEET MAINTENANCE SERVICES Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution 24-81 which will: 1. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. C14-22, by and between the City of San Clemente and First Vehicle Services, formally exercising the five (5)-year extension option, with an annual cost for FY 2023-24 of $570,000 with future years adjusted by the consumer price index per the terms of the Agreement. 2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to exercise future options with pricing not to exceed the annual consumer price index (CPI) adjustment.
