E. Consideration and possible action to award a professional services agreement to Great Western Recreation for playground safety surfacing repairs. (Berg) Recommendation: 1) Award a professional services agreement (PSA) to Great Western Recreation to repair and replace playground safety surfacing at Robert E. Ryan Park and Eastview Park; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the PSA, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney. Agenda Report
