K. Consideration and possible action to approve a new License Agreement with NCWPCS MPL 26 - Year Sites Tower Holdings LLC for the continued use of Wireless Telecommunications Facility at Ryan Park. (Hunter/Jones) Recommendation: 1) Approve a new License Agreement with NCWPCS MPL 26 - Year Sites Tower Holdings LLC for the continued use of a Wireless Telecommunications Facility on City-owned property at Ryan Park retroactively effective as of December 1, 2017, based on new terms and conditions, as well as monthly rent; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the License Agreement following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
