I. Consideration and possible action to enter into a professional services agreement with Sunbeam Consulting to provide flagging services for Miraleste Intermediate School during in-person school sessions. (Hevener) Recommendation: 1) Award a professional services agreement to Sunbeam Technologies, Inc. (dba Sunbeam Consulting) in the amount not to exceed $170,099 for the first year and subsequently increasing by inflation annually, not to exceed 3%, for a total authorization of up to $525,759 for a three-year term with an optional additional three-year extension to provide flagging services primarily for Miraleste Intermediate School during in-person school sessions; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the professional services agreement subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
