18. Public Hearing and Adoption of Resolution 2024-021 of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park Confirming the Advisory Committee's Report and Levying the Assessment in the Baldwin Park Citywide Business Improvement District for Fiscal Year 2024-25 Staff recommends that the City Council: 1. Hold a Public Hearing and after considering testimony, adopt Resolution No. 2024-021, entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, CONFIRMING THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE’S REPORT AND LEVYING THE ASSESSMENT IN THE BALDWIN PARK CITYWIDE BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025”; and 2. Approve the FY 2024-25 BIT budget allocation.
