18. ACCEPTANCE OF GOLF COURSE RENOVATION PROJECT PHASE 2 (CP NO. 894-2) – NOTICE OF COMPLETION RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Accept the Golf Course Renovation Project Phase 2 (CP No. 894-2) as completed by American Landscape, Inc.; and, 2. Approve the final contract amount with American Landscape, Inc. for the construction of the Project in the amount of $10,954,901 including change orders; and 3. Approve the Final Total Project Budget (Attachment A); and 4. Authorize the City Clerk to execute, verify and file the Notice of Completion (Attachment B) with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder; and 5. Authorize the City Manager to release the retention payment due to American Landscape, Inc. following the mandatory waiting period from the date the Notice of Completion is recorded; and 6. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
