16. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3894 WITH TRANSTRACK SYSTEMS, AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3903 WITH REMIX TECHNOLOGIES, AND AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3978 WITH OPTIBUS, FOR TRANSIT ANALYSIS, SCHEDULING, AND REPORTING SOFTWARE SUPPORT SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 4 to Agreement No. 3894 with Transtrack Systems, Inc. (Transtrack), for a one- year (1-year) term, to extend end-user software licenses and support services for Federal Transit Administration (FTA) reporting, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $30,568; and 2. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 3903 with Remix Technologies, LLC, a subsidiary corporation under Via Transportation, Inc. (Remix), for a 1-year term, to extend end-user software licenses and support services for transit analysis, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $30,000; and 3. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 3978 with Optibus, Inc. (Optibus), for a 1-year term, to extend end-user software licenses and support services for transit scheduling, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $70,000; and 4. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendments listed above on the city’s behalf; and 5. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
