2) CONSIDERATION OF RATIFICATION OF SUBAWARD AGREEMENT WITH LOS ANGELES COUNTY AGING & DISABILITIES DEPARTMENT FOR OLDER AMERICANS ACT FUNDS FOR THE SENIOR MEALS PROGRAM It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1. Ratify the Subaward between the County of Los Angeles Aging and Disabilities Department and the City of West Covina for the Elderly Nutrition Program (ENP) (Subaward Number ENP242510); and 2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute agreements and approve purchase orders for meals from vendors on the County's list of approved caterers; and 3.
