20. APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 24-51 ADOPTING THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (CALTRANS) QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM (QAP) RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-51 adopting the State of California Department of Transportation’s (CalTrans) Quality Assurance Program; and, 2. Authorize staff to submit the adopted Quality Assurance Program and conforming resolution to the State of California Department of Transportation; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
