32. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 24-56 AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF A BUDGET REVISION TO THE FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION (FTA) FOR GRANT NOS. CA-2019-033 AND CA-2021-075 RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-56 to authorize submitting a budget revision to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) for Grant Nos. CA-2019-033 and CA-2021-075; and, 2. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
