13. APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 24-53 ADOPTING THE JULY 2024-JULY 2027 ECONOMIC PROSPERITY ACTION PLAN RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Resolution No. 24-53 adopting the July 2024-July 2027 Economic Prosperity Action Plan, a Three-Year Implementation Strategy; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
