4.4 COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH DRC PACIFIC, INC. FOR DISASTER- RELATED DEBRIS MANAGEMENT SERVICES Recommended Action: 1. Approve a cooperative agreement with DRC Pacific, Inc. to perform disaster- related debris management services; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the cooperative agreement.
