12. 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan for DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (“HUD”) FUNDING for the Community Development Block Grant (“CDBG”) and Home investment partnership (“HOME”) programs It is requested that the City Council conduct a public hearing to solicit and consider citizen input on the FY 2024-2025 HUD Annual Action Plan for the use of CDBG and HOME funds; and Adopt Resolution No. 2024-110 approving Fiscal Year 2024-2025 HUD Annual Action Plan for use of CDBG and HOME Funds, conditionally commit funds to projects, authorize the Director of Community Development to execute contracts as appropriate and approve the submittal of the FY 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan to HUD.
