3.5 Notice of Completion of Work Performed by COPP Contracting, Inc. for the Citywide Residential Street Improvements Project (Project Plan No. CDBG 23-24). RECOMMENDATION: Accept the subject project and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with the County Clerk-Recorder’s Office.
