12. Implementation of Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) Program for The Baldwin Park Police Department It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the implementation of Policy 605 to establish guidelines for the use of an Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) Program for the Baldwin Park Police Department; and 2. Adopt the proposed UAS Policy and Standard Operating Procedures Manual; and 3.
