AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT WITH INGRAM KERN CONSULTING, LLC It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to existing Agreement No. 2161- A with Ingram Kern Consulting, LLC (“IK Consulting”) to increase the contract by $73,500 for a total not to exceed amount of $207,920 for professional services related to upgrades to Accela, the City’s permitting system; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
