3-E. AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH COSTAR REALTY INFORMATION, INC. FOR COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE DATA SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the City Manager to retroactively execute an agreement with CoStar Realty Information Inc. (CoStar), in a form approved by the City Attorney, for an annual subscription to utilize its commercial real estate data services costing approximately $5,040 per year; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
