16. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT NO. 4113 WITH AVAIL TECHNOLOGIES, INC. FOR COMPUTER-AIDED DISPATCH/AUTOMATIC VEHICLE LOCATION SYSTEM EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 4113 with Avail Technologies, Inc. to replace equipment for Montebello Bus Lines’ (MBL) Computer-Aided Dispatch/Automatic Vehicle Location (CAD/AVL) System, and increase the not-to-exceed amount of the agreement to $2,485,118; and 2. Authorize the City Manager and/or his designee to execute Amendment No. 2 on behalf of the City of Montebello; and 3. Amend the Fiscal Year 2024-25 budget by increasing appropriations by $115,984 in Account No. 202- 922-2018-6040.10 (State of Good Repairs, SA, FY 2018-19, Other Contract Services); and, 4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
