City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 23-260 Amendment 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Vista Community Clinic (VCC) for $177,664, for a total amount not to exceed $247,264, to revise the scope of work, and timing requirements for the Oceanside Drug-Free Communities Initiative - 420 Remix program, appropriate $177,664 from Opioid Settlement Funds, and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment.
