3-C. APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH CIVICPLUS LLC FOR A NEW AGENDA AND MEETING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to Agreement No. 1775-A with CivicPLus, LLC, in a form approved by the City Attorney, to provide an Agenda and Meeting Management Software for an amount not to exceed $60,000 for the term ending July 31, 2028; (2) Authorizing the Finance Director to appropriate $12,908.60 from the Administration - General Fund to the FY2024-25 Budget. (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
