5) CONSIDERATION OF AGREEMENT WITH PBK ARCHITECTS, INC. FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR FIRE STATION 1 REPLACEMENT - PROJECT NO. 23002 It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1. Award the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for design services of Fire Station 1 Replacement Project to PBK Architects, Inc.; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a Professional Services Agreement with PBK Architects, Inc., with an original maximum compensation amount not to exceed $799,500, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
