3-F. AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE GREETINGS TOUR AND ARTIST VICTOR VING IN A FORM APPROVED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY FOR A COMMUNITY MURAL PROJECT FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $40,000 It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with the Greetings Tour and artist Victor Ving for a community mural for an amount not to exceed $40,000; (2) Providing direction on the process for final art and location selection; and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
