APPROVE ISSUING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NO. 25-05 FOR ON-CALL BUILDING PLAN CHECK, BUILDING INSPECTION AND PLANNING CONSULTING SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize issuing Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 25-05 for on-call building plan check, building inspections and planning consulting services; and 2. Take such additional, related action(s) that may be desirable.
