15. APPROVE LETTER OF ENGAGEMENT TO MASTER RETAINER AGREEMENT NO. 3919 WITH AIM CONSULTING SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT/INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE MONTEBELLO MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE RENOVATION PROJECT PHASE 3 (CP NO. 894-3) RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Task Order No. 6.1 via an Engagement Letter under Master Retainer Agreement No. 3919 with AIM Consulting Services for Construction Management and Inspection Services for the Golf Course Renovation Project Phase 3 for a not-to-exceed-amount of $469,692; and, 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Letter of Engagement; and, 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
