25. AWARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4215 TO MCA CONSULTANTS TO PROVIDE SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4215 to MCA Consultants to provide solid waste management services for an initial three (3) year term for an annual not-to-exceed amount of $99,695 ($299,085 over the initial three (3) year term); and, 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
