17. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3733 WITH LPM CONSULTING INC. TO PROVIDE MONITORING AND OVERSIGHT SERVICES FOR MONTEBELLO BUS LINES’ SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROGRAM RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 5 to Agreement No. 3733 with LPM Consulting Inc. (LPM Consulting), for an additional two-year (2-year) term, to provide monitoring and oversight services for Montebello Bus Lines’ (MBL) Substance Abuse Program; for a total not-to-exceed amount of $50,000; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 5 on the city’s behalf; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
