3-F. OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY (“OTS”) PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE SAFETY PROGRAM GRANT FUNDING FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024/2025 It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Accepting grant funds and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute an agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with the Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) in the amount of $25,555 for the Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Program. (2) Adopting a Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to receive and appropriate grant funds in fiscal year 2024-25, and execute an agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with the OTS in the amount of $25,555 for the Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Program; and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
