2-A. SATURN PARK ADVISORY REVIEW COMMITTEE (“SPARC”) OUTREACH AND RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Receiving and filing the SPARC Community Visioning Workshop Series – Outreach Report (Attachment 1) (2) Approving the minutes for the SPARC’s regular meeting of August 29, 2024 (Attachment 2); (3) Receiving the Saturn Park Advisory Review Committee’s (“SPARC’s”) recommendation to expand allowed uses within Saturn Park and directing staff regarding the land uses for Saturn Park as deemed appropriate; and (4) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
