5.1 Approval of Snack Bar Concession Agreement. RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve an agreement between the City of Westminster and District 62 Challenger Division Little League for use of the snack bar facility located at Westminster Park, 14402 Magnolia St.; and B. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
