3.3 Acceptance of the Grant Award from the Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) in Fiscal Year 2025-2026. OCTOBER 9, 2024 RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve the Grant Award from the Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) Selective Traffic Enforcement Program for Fiscal Year 2024-2025; and B. Amend the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Adopted Budget by designating grant revenues in the amount of $105,000 and increasing budgeted expenditures of the OTS grant account in the amount of $105,000 towards the Police overtime account, training account, and supplies. AGREEMENT/PURCHASE ORDER (UNDER $500,000)
