3.8 Approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with SDI Presence, LLC for Continued Provisions of Citywide Information Technology Consulting Services in Fiscal Year 2024-2025. RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve the Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with SDI Presence, LLC, for continued provision of Citywide Information Technology Consulting Services in Fiscal Year 2024-2025, in an amount not to exceed $161,216; and B.
