9. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a Property 24-388 Use Agreement with Cellco Partnership, doing business as Verizon Wireless to use a portion of City-owned real property at Lake Park for telecommunications purposes, for a total revenue of $913,076 for a 15-year period; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement upon receipt of all supporting documents.
