4. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 24-385 Amendment 1 to the Property Use Agreement with Serving Seniors for the exclusive and preferential non-exclusive use of space at the Country Club Senior Center located at 455 Country Club Lane, extending the term of the agreement through December 17, 2029; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment upon receipt of all supporting documents.
