4. Approval of Purchase of DUI Patrol Vehicle Using California Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program Funds. It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the sole source purchase of a 2024 Dodge Durango from Carville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for $45,500. 2. Authorize the use of remaining grant funds for taxes, registration fees, and any ancillary vehicle purchase expenses. 3. Authorize the Chief of Police to execute all necessary documents to complete the purchase and outfitting. 4. Authorize the Director of Finance to make necessary appropriation and budget adjustments.
