15. APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 24-84 EASTSIDE TRANSIT CORRIDOR PHASE 2 PROJECT (“ESP2 PROJECT”) COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY (“LACMTA”) RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-84, approving the cooperative agreement (MCA) by and between the City of Montebello (City) and LACMTA related to the ESP2 Project; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the cooperative agreement; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
