13. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO.1 TO AGREEMENT 3910 WITH WOLVERINE FENCE COMPANY INC. TO PROVIDE FENCE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement 3910 between the City of Montebello and Wolverine Fence Company, Inc. to extend the term of the agreement by one (1) year; and, 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment; and, 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
