17. APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4212 WITH PLACER LABS INC. TO PROVIDE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ANALYSIS, CONSUMER VISITATION REPORTS, AND PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGIES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Professional Services Agreement No. 4212 with Placer Labs, Inc. to provide economic development analysis, consumer visitation reports, and project implementation strategies for a total, two- year not to exceed amount of $62,000; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Professional Services Agreement No.4212 with Placer Labs, Inc on behalf of the City; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
