24. AWARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4214 TO FLO-SERVICES, INC. TO PROVIDE STORM AND SEWER LIFT STATION MAINTENANCE SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4214 to Flo-Services, Inc. to provide Storm and Sewer Lift Station Services and Related Equipment for a three (3) year term with the option of two (2) one-year extensions for a not-to-exceed amount of $132,276 for the initial three (3) year term; and, 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
