17. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 24-83 DESIGNATING THE CITY MANAGER AND THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR AS LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE PERSONNEL TO EXECUTE FEDERAL AND STATE AGREEMENTS, DOCUMENTS, AND EXHIBITS AND ADMINISTERING CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS IN COMPLIANCE WITH CALTRANS LOCAL ASSISTANCE PROCEDURES MANUAL CHAPTER 16.2 RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-83, designating the City Manager and the Public Works Director as the authorized personnel to execute Federal and State agreements, documents, and exhibits in compliance with Chapter 16.2 of the State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Local Assistance Procedures Manual and City Council adopted Capital Improvement Program Projects; and, 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
