14. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 24-68 AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION TO THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS (SCAG) FOR GRANT FUNDING FROM THE 2024 SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES PROGRAM – ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION & SAFETY RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-68 authorizing submission of an application to the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) for grant funding from the 2024 Sustainable Communities Program – Active Transportation and Safety (SCP Grant); and, 2. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
