13. APPROVAL TO EXECUTE HIGH-SPEED RAIL AGREEMENT NO. HSR23-67 WITH CALIFORNIA HIGH- SPEED RAIL AUTHORITY RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize the City Manager to execute High-Speed Rail HSR23-67 Agreement and applicable exhibits and forms that accompany the agreement in good faith; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
