3-K. ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute 3-year professional services agreements with consulting firms listed in Attachment 1, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for On- call Engineering services; (2) Approving Task Order No. 1 with Transtech Engineers, Inc., in a form approved by the City Attorney, for staff augmentation in the Public Works department, not to exceed $845,000 annually; (3) Approving Task Order No. 2 with Transtech Engineers, Inc, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for staff augmentation and plan check services in the Community Development department, not to exceed $1,150,000 annually; (4) Appropriating $275,000 unanticipated General Fund revenue and allocating the funds to the FY 24-25 Budget for Task Order No. 2; and (5) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
