5.2 Award of Contract for the Sigler Park Soccer Fields Project - Project Plan No: P-2618. RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve a transfer from Municipal Lighting to a newly created CIP Project, Account Number 59502-592501, “Soccer Field Lighting,” in the amount of $492,708.14; and B. Approve the award of contract to the lowest and responsible bidder in the amount of $2,144,579 to Zeco, Inc., and C. Authorize a 10% contingency in the amount of $214,457.90 for potential change orders; and SPECIAL AGENDA DECEMBER 9, 2024 D. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City in a form approved by the City Attorney.
