3.4 Award of Contract for the Cherry Street Community Garden - Project Plan No. P- ..Title 2616. RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve the award of contract to the lowest and responsible bidder in the amount of $347,799 to Zeco, Inc.; and B. Authorize a 10% contingency in the amount of $34,779.90 for potential change orders; and C. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
