25. 24-895 Item Submitted by Mayor Pat Burns - Review Process and Information for the Bolsa Chica Senior Care Community Project Recommended Action: Form a City Council Ad-hoc Committee, consisting of three City Council Members, to review the process and information regarding the Bolsa Chica Senior Care Community Project. The Ad-Hoc Committee will receive support from Community Development and the City Attorney's Office staff during this review.
