Approval of Landscape Maintenance Agreement and Amendment No. 1 to Freeway Maintenance Agreement with Caltrans in relation to Barnes Park Project (CIP 21-198) and Caltrans Permit No. 07-23-N-MC-1333 It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the Landscape Maintenance Agreement; and 2. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Freeway Maintenance Agreement with Caltrans for the Barnes Park Project (CIP 21-198); and 3.
