CONTRACT AMENDMENT - AUDIT SERVICES Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 25-57, which will: Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. C18-23, by and between the City of San Clemente and Lance, Soll & Lunghard, LLP, extending the auditor services for the next two fiscal years, in an amount no to exceed $134,750.
