N. CONTRACT AMENDMENT - SUNDAY FARMERS MARKET, AND FINDING THE PROJECT CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No 25-58, which will: 1. Find the project categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Class 1 (Existing Facilities, 14 CCR § 15301), Section 15301 of the state CEQA Guidelines. 2. Approve the First Amendment to Professional Services Agreement Contract No. C20-28 with Introductions Unlimited, Inc. 3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. C20-28, by and between the City of San Clemente and Introductions Unlimited, Inc., for the operation of the San Clemente Sunday Farmers Market.
