J. CONTRACT AWARD - COST-OF-SERVICE STUDY FOR THE CITY’S WATER UTILITY, AND APPROVING AN 8.9% PROJECT CONTINGENCY Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 25-54, which will: 1. Award a Professional Services Agreement to Water Resources Economics, LLC for a Cost-of-Service Study for the City’s Water Utility for an amount not to exceed $73,465. 2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25- 20, by and between the City of San Clemente and Water Resources Economics, LLC, providing for a Cost-of-Service Study for the City’s Water Utility, in an amount not to exceed $73,465. 3. Authorize the City Manager to approve amendments for additional services up to an 8.9% project contingency of $6,535, if needed.
